What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can provide patient-centered nursing care, collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams, and support detox and treatment planning with clear documentation and communication.

I’ve been providing patient-centered care as a Registered Nurse with HCA Healthcare on ACT, BHU, and Residential (continued sobriety) units. I work hand in hand with providers to build tailored detox and treatment care plans.

Before that, I supported up to 30 patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Avalon Health Care Group, handling assessments, med-pass, and documentation like infection tracking and occurrence charting. I also collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.

Earlier experience includes patient support as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Avalon Health Care Group, plus a Deliverables Manager internship with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where I created reference lines, delivered a presentation, and coordinated weekly task planning.
