I am an experienced retail leader with over a decade in sales and five years of direct people management, currently serving as an Entertainment Team Lead at a major supercenter.

I manage a team of five full-time employees, oversee General Merchandise operations during my shifts, and handle inventory control, asset protection, and execution of store promotions and modular resets.

I recruit, onboard, and train staff, manage payroll/headcount/PTO approvals, perform cashier till reconciliation, and use Microsoft Office along with internal systems such as The Source and Volt to support store operations.
