What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to further develop educational programs and support staff in delivering high-quality early childhood education.

As a Curriculum Specialist with a focus on early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to enhancing the quality of care and education for young children. Currently, I serve as the Quality First Lead at Southwest Human Development, where I utilize Environment Rating Scales and Classroom Assessment Scoring System tools to assess child care centers. My role involves not only observing and reporting but also training new staff and ensuring the reliability of existing team members.

Previously, I was the Center Director at KinderCare Education, where I managed daily operations, trained staff, and built strong relationships with families. My experience as a teacher at TutorTime Learning Center allowed me to implement engaging curricula and foster positive connections with children. I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to drive educational excellence.
