At ActionAid Nigeria, I converted capacity-building materials for the Renewed Women's Voice and Leadership Nigeria Project into a 15-module self-paced eLearning series for the Feminist Hub. The modules cover topics including Gender-Based Violence, Feminist Principles and Workplace Care, and NGO Financial Management.
I set up the project's WordPress and TutorLMS platform, including course structure, enrolment, completion tracking, and text-to-speech accessibility. I also developed branching scenarios in Genially and worked with subject matter experts through a two-stage review process.
At Thummim Africa, I built learning journeys and training operations supporting healthcare professionals across five African countries. I developed a learner-needs framework and designed curricula including Supply Chain Management and Law & Ethics, with a 100% CPD certification rate for the latter.
Across my instructional design work, I've transformed instructor-led materials into self-paced learning and created modules, facilitator guides, and learner workbooks. I apply adult learning theory, WCAG 2.2, and Universal Design for Learning, and use tools such as Articulate 360 and Genially to develop accessible digital learning.
