What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead international programs and operations where I can improve delivery systems, align stakeholders, guide distributed teams, and drive digital, communications, CRM, or transformation initiatives.

I've led communications programs for IFT Studio's global hard-tech and Web3 venture studio, coordinating branding, digital marketing, web, content, community engagement, and global events across multiple business units.

As Interim Head of Communications, I reported directly to the Founders and maintained leadership continuity during a critical six-month transition. I also owned CRM implementation and established asynchronous workflows and delivery standards for distributed teams.

Previously, I ran studio operations and project delivery at Positivity Branding, leading design coordination, financial management, recruitment, and client work for organizations including Optiver, Oceanco, Aldiana Resorts, Brouwerij ’t IJ-Duvel, and Hands Off. By improving workflows, collaboration, and Agile practices, I helped the studio move from a five-day to a four-day workweek without reducing output.

Across 17+ years in creative services, gaming, technology, and regulated environments, I've delivered hundreds of branding, print, web, video, content, event, CRM, and compliance initiatives. I bring practical PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum delivery leadership, executive stakeholder alignment, and hands-on operational oversight.
