Jeremy Grillo
@jeremygrillo
Network Operations Administrator and Cisco-certified troubleshooter specializing in routing, switching, and reliable connectivity.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with CompTIA Security+ credentials, and I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. I build my work around strong TCP/IP and OSI Model fundamentals, using routing and switching expertise—like OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, and IP address management—to keep networks stable and secure.
In my current Network Operations Administrator role, I’m the first responder for Tier 1 troubleshooting, supporting cellular, VSAT, and microwave connectivity while coordinating with customers and the ISP. I troubleshoot routers, switches, PI, and VMware servers, generate and resolve tickets from Spectrum and SolarWinds, and configure and ship Cisco equipment. I also teach and create CCNA online courses through netacad.com, translating real troubleshooting into hands-on learning for subnetting and routing/switching concepts.
