What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on role in network engineering or security where I can apply automation, improve infrastructure resilience, mentor teams, and contribute to process and security improvements.

I am an IT professional specializing in network administration, cybersecurity, and systems troubleshooting, with hands-on experience optimizing network performance and securing infrastructure.

At Charter Spectrum I monitor and analyze network performance, troubleshoot Cisco and Brocade equipment, configure VLANs/DHCP/AAA, and manage firewall rules to maintain secure connectivity.

I build Python automation for network monitoring and reporting using Selenium, RESTful APIs, SNMP, Netmiko, Paramiko, and Pandas, and I train new team members in best practices and automation techniques.

Previously I led quality and process improvement initiatives as a Quality Manager, developing training programs and conducting audits to improve operational workflows and compliance.
