I’m an Enterprise AI governance leader and Founder & Principal Consultant behind the AI TIPS (Trust Integrated Pillars for Sustainability) Framework—an eight-pillar, 243-control architecture for trustworthy AI in production. I founded AI TIPS in 2019, publishing AI TIPS V2 on arXiv (with a provisional patent filed) and aligning it to the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and CSA AICM.

I’ve spent 12+ years operationalizing governance into real-world engineering: automated policy enforcement, model lineage capture, bias monitoring, and regulatory reporting on IBM watsonx.Governance. At HCLTech, I direct global Responsible AI programs across 120+ countries, with a focus on regulated industries and emerging agentic AI risk surfaces.

My work bridges board-level decisioning and implementation guardrails. I built Trust Index scoring (0–100) to translate governance maturity into a single board-reportable number, established governance councils and risk registers, and developed agentic AI governance capabilities including threat modeling (MAESTRO), red teaming, agent identity management, and real-time assurance.

Recognized for impact in risk and governance—including the 2025 ISACA Joseph J. Wasserman Award—I also contribute to the broader ecosystem. My AI TIPS work was integrated into the OWASP Agentic Skills Top 10 enterprise governance layer (April 2026), and I continue to advise the U.S. Department of Defense on Trustworthy AI strategy, capabilities, and technologies for countering emerging threats.
