I'm seeking remote or on-site opportunities where I can lead projects, strengthen financial and operational systems, improve processes, and use data and technology to drive business efficiency.

At Hardrock Architects, I led end-to-end operations for concurrent residential construction projects across Lagos, completing all projects on schedule within 18 months. I managed teams of 15–30 site personnel and subcontractors, monitored budgets and KPIs, and established SOPs supporting incident-free, compliant operations.

I've also overseen project finance at Lambard Consulting Limited, building budgets, cost analyses, financial dashboards, and management reports to improve resource allocation and profitability. With an MSc in Finance, a BSc in Economics, and project management training, I bring practical experience in financial operations, process optimisation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
