Jenny Conerly

I’m a criminal justice student with hands-on healthcare and child supervision experience, bringing discretion, documentation accuracy, and sound judgment to every task. I’m comfortable working in high-pressure environments where professionalism and composure matter.

In urgent care, I managed patient intake, scheduling, and front-desk coordination, while documenting information accurately and maintaining HIPAA compliance. I also communicated with insurance providers and workers’ compensation representatives and maintained detailed electronic records to support provider decision-making.

As an activity leader in an extended day program, I supervised and led structured activities for children ages 5–10. I addressed behavioral concerns using de-escalation and redirection, prioritized child safety, and communicated with staff and guardians regarding behavioral and safety matters.

My clinical background includes direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant in ICU/IMC units, supporting critically ill patients and adhering to strict medical protocols. Alongside BLS and my Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) certificate, I’m seeking field-based roles that build investigative skills and support long-term work in investigation and intelligence within public service.
