I’m a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 25+ years of experience driving quality assurance initiatives and delivering high-quality releases across Enterprise, Oracle applications, and B2B systems. I focus on test strategy, requirements analysis, risk-based testing, and defect lifecycle management in Agile environments.

I lead functional, regression, and integration testing for 12+ annual production releases, validating performance and stability before changes reach customers. I execute structured regression cycles validating 200+ test scenarios per release and develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and 300+ test cases within Zephyr Scale. I validate end-to-end workflows across UI, API, and database layers to ensure accurate data flow between front-end interfaces and backend systems.

My approach is built on identifying quality risks early and partnering closely with developers and product owners to clarify acceptance criteria and edge cases. I manage defect lifecycle for 50+ defects per release cycle in Jira, providing detailed analysis and reproduction steps to accelerate resolution. I also coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders to validate real-world workflows prior to production deployment.

Technically, I strengthen releases with API testing, SQL and PL/SQL data validation, and end-to-end system testing supporting web and mobile platforms. I’ve supported a CRM platform used by 800+ internal users, improved QA processes and testing documentation, and helped prevent production incidents by catching critical defects during testing phases.
