As an Interim Shift Manager and Brewing Operator, I’ve supervised a 12-member team, planned production, coached staff toward Right First Time quality, and maintained production and inventory data through Short Interval Control. My cellar water-reduction work lowered usage from 0.72 HL/HL to 0.60 HL/HL, saving GHS 100,000.
Previously at M&G Pharmaceutical Company, I conducted physical and chemical testing, supported analytical method validation, managed laboratory equipment calibration, and prepared Certificates of Analysis while promoting Good Laboratory Practices.
