What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my experience in behavioral intervention and healthcare support to teams that value evidence-based care, clear communication, and inclusive education—where I can keep learning and grow.

I’m a Behavioral Technician focused on providing individualized care for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. I implement evidence-based interventions to improve communication, social skills, and independence, and I refine long-term care plans for clients aged 18 months to 18 years.

Alongside direct care, I’ve supported growth and engagement through marketing and operations. As a Remote Marketing Specialist, I designed and maintained outreach tracking spreadsheets, spearheaded a full website redesign to enhance user experience and navigation, and produced an instructional video to guide software users.

I also bring strong coordination and education experience from healthcare and community settings. As a Medical Records Clerk and Reception Assistant, I managed inventory, filed charts, and prepared exam rooms and surgical files, and as a Camp Counselor and Assistant Site Director, I helped oversee safe, inclusive daily operations and learning-driven activities. Through roles like Wellness Director and Kidney Disease Screening Committee Member, I lead teams, present current research, and design no-cost services that expand access and awareness.
