What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to lead mission-driven operations, financial stewardship, crisis resource management, and community-focused programs where transparent systems and regional stakeholder coordination create measurable impact.

I lead Animal Welfare Association Lina in Čoka as Executive Director and legal representative, overseeing financial reporting, accounting close, asset tracking, procurement, compliance, and crisis response for animal welfare operations.

I've also coordinated grassroots civic operations across North Banat municipalities, managed campaign budgets and public forums, and led stakeholder outreach, volunteer deployment, and advocacy communications. My Business Administration studies and training in crisis resource management, financial systems, strategic leadership, and generative AI support practical, transparent operations in nonprofit and donor-funded environments.
