At Synechron, I manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and support roles across domestic and global markets. I use ChatGPT, Copilot, Nexus, and Gemini throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, from Boolean searches and job descriptions to candidate outreach and evaluation frameworks.
I contributed to scaling Synechron from 250 to 380+ employees by closing 100+ technical positions, with a focus on senior and leadership-level roles. I received the Synechron Excellence Award for successfully recruiting and hiring over 100 employees.
I also worked with hiring managers and global stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives, and collaborated with international recruitment teams to standardize hiring practices. I prepared candidates for client interviews and supported new hires through onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing forums.
Before moving into technical recruitment, I taught Serbian language and literature at Grammar school Sremski Karlovci and worked in language research, editing, and proofreading. At Matica srpska, I contributed to a government-funded historical language dictionary initiative and served as a lector for an academic journal.
