I run SEO and growth at Revista Sociedade Militar, the largest military-sector news site in Latin America. Since I joined as a partner in 2022, monthly traffic grew from about 300-500K visits to about 10M sessions, mostly from Google Discover, plus Google Search and AI answer engines. Revenue is up 20x, and the site was nominated Best News Website in Brazil 2025 (Brasil Publisher Awards). We are two partners and 10 writers, so I do the work myself: editorial and technical SEO, AI search visibility, ad ops across 4 programmatic networks, and our data.
