What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and improve end-to-end operations in a startup, fintech, payments, or regulated financial environment, combining hands-on financial operations with process design, controls, stakeholder coordination, and scalable delivery.

I'm currently building Space Train's end-to-end service-delivery model for a Government of Dubai creator-relocation initiative, coordinating 350+ active cases and operations across a network of 1,000+ creators.

Across M2, Nas Studios, and Barq Electric, I've owned payroll, accounts payable, multi-currency and crypto payments, VAT, budgeting, vendor management, audit support, and startup operational infrastructure. At Nas Studios, I reduced operating costs by 20% through vendor renegotiation, improved payment terms, and removing unnecessary recurring spend.

My banking foundation comes from First Abu Dhabi Bank, RAKBANK, Commercial Bank of Dubai, and Axis Bank, where I managed credit and loan operations, controls, regulatory reporting, audits, reconciliations, UAT, and operational reporting. I bring hands-on execution to complex, regulated environments while building clearer workflows, SOPs, and controls.
