What I'm looking for
I’m an Audits & Compliance Officer with a strong administrative foundation and a “go above and beyond” approach to supporting teams, clients, and operations. I bring more than 10 years of experience ensuring work is organized, accurate, and completion-focused.
In my current role with Commercial Farming, Agri-Processing & Export, I ensure compliance with South African legislation and regulatory frameworks, including the Companies Act, Labour Relations Act (LRA), BCEA, OHSA, POPIA, and relevant environmental and agricultural regulations. I conduct internal compliance audits and inspections across multiple sites, while maintaining audit documentation, compliance registers, and statutory records.
I also support compliance with agri-processing and export standards—covering food safety, traceability, and quality requirements such as GAP, HACCP, and export certification standards. I identify compliance risks and operational gaps, document findings, and assist with corrective and preventative actions, while liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders for submissions and ongoing requirements.
Before compliance, I built practical operational and sales experience through roles including Independent Contractor: Administration & Job Co-ordination Officer, Rental Maintenance Manager, Internal & External Sales, Office & Accounts Manager, and Practice Manager. I’m detail orientated, dependable under pressure, and motivated by excellent work ethics and strong client interaction.
