I’m a healthcare-focused professional with experience as a Diet Tech and as a Medical Transcriptionist, working both back office and front office. In my most recent role (2023-2025) at Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, I checked all diets per doctors’ and nurses’ orders.
Earlier, I served in customer-facing and operations roles at USPS (2006-2019), operating the front desk, selling stamps, answering phones, helping customers with packages, and writing letters to customers. I also continued learning through virtual classes including Medicinal Herbs with the Herbal Academy and Penn Foster virtual classes (2019 to present).
Right now, I’m taking classes in ICD-10-11, CPT, and HCPCS while retired and staying current with healthcare documentation and standards. I bring a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to supporting clinicians, maintaining accurate information, and keeping workflows running smoothly.
