I’m a full-stack product engineer with more than six years of experience building and supporting software from initial requirements through deployment and production troubleshooting.
My main stack is TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Express and PostgreSQL. I also work with Redis, TypeORM, REST and GraphQL APIs, Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, automated testing and observability tooling.
Much of my recent work has involved products where reliability and data integrity matter. I contributed across Mobi-Kumbu’s seven-application financial ecosystem, including its core API, USSD backend, customer and agent applications, and operational portals. The work involved wallet and payment flows, transactional data modelling, idempotency, authentication, RBAC, KYC and AML operations, auditability and production monitoring.
At Afremit, I build production interfaces and operational systems for remittance and milestone-escrow workflows. I have delivered six administration dashboards and supported more than 16 production releases, alongside a WhatsApp Cloud API service for onboarding, enquiries, payment links and human-agent handoff.
I enjoy owning features end to end: clarifying the problem, designing the data model and API contract, building the interface, testing edge cases, deploying safely and remaining responsible for what happens in production. I work comfortably with distributed teams and can overlap with European, African, Australian and US time zones.
