Jea Ann Mar Villo

I’m a Tourism Management graduate committed to providing excellent communication and quality service in the tourism and hospitality industry. I’m currently preparing for my next professional step while strengthening the skills I learned through my degree and leadership roles.

As part of my Cruise Career Preparatory Program, I completed core basic training and safety-focused modules, including Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, and Elementary First Aid. I also completed Security awareness training and Seafarers with Designated Security Duties, along with Safety Training for personnel providing direct service to passengers in passenger spaces and Passenger Ship Crowd Management.

I build strong service fundamentals through my seminars and trainings, including “A Look Into the Academic Legalities, Rights and Mandates” and Basic and Common Sign Language. I bring a structured approach to tourism work by applying what I’ve learned as an aspiring tourism professional and as someone who values professionalism and respect in every interaction.

Within campus organizations, I’ve served in roles such as Student leader of League of Tourism Students of the Philippines (UA Chapter) and held leadership positions including Business Manager and Creative Staff Head. I supported organizing and promoting campus and community tourism activities, and I’m eager to keep delivering reliable, high-quality service while continuing to develop professionally.
