I am looking for a role in a high-growth startup or an ambitious business unit where I can leverage my strategic and operational expertise to drive impactful initiatives and foster a collaborative team environment.

@jbmonu
Growth-minded strategist: driving change and crafting tools that scale impact and revenue.
What I'm looking for
I build and lead complex transformations that deliver lasting value. My work is about translating high-level strategy into the operational nuts and bolts—the processes, tools, and data workflows—that drive measurable results.
At Comcast, I was tasked with tackling Scope 3 emissions. I built the company's enterprise-wide accounting engine from the ground up, marshaling teams across Finance, Procurement, and Technology. This wasn't just a reporting exercise; it became the data backbone for our public GHG disclosures and underpinned our ambition of a greenhouse gas reduction target approved by the Science-Based Targets Initiative. A key part of this was developing an industry-first methodology for licensed content emissions, which required shepherding a consensus among major studios and broadcasters—a clear example of turning a complex, competitive landscape into a collaborative win.
This ability to execute was honed at BCG. There, I led teams that turned AI hype into operational reality, deploying multiple contact-center AI solutions for a state government during the COVID-19 pandemic and spearheading a digital transformation for a client projected to capture over $100M in value. These engagements taught me how to frame the right metrics, orchestrate cross-functional execution, and—most importantly—build solutions that teams actually adopt.
I am now seeking a leadership role in BizOps, Strategy, or a Chief of Staff capacity where I can apply this builder-operator mindset. I am most effective in idea-rich environments, whether at a growth-stage startup or an innovative business unit, focused on using data and technology to solve tangible problems and unlock scalable growth.
