What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build AI/LLM applications—especially RAG, chatbots, and intelligent automation—using strong backend APIs, scalable pipelines, and real customer impact with continuous learning.

I focus on turning AI and LLM ideas into production-ready experiences—especially where NLP, retrieval, and real-time data matter. I developed an AI-powered CRM chatbot integrated with Enjay CRM, using OpenAI API for NLP-driven responses, Flask-based REST APIs for lead updates, and authentication with role-based access control for secure handling.

I also build end-to-end intelligence tools, from lead scoring using Scikit-learn and Pandas to RAG knowledge assistants with LangChain, OpenAI, FastAPI, and a Streamlit interface. My work extends to modular multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, Pinecone, and automation via n8n—so new agents and knowledge bases can be added with minimal effort.

Lead Scoring Automation System

Built a machine-learning lead scoring system to classify and prioritize leads using behavioral, profile, and interaction data. Trained a model with scikit-learn and Pandas, integrated the scoring logic into the CRM for real-time funnel optimization, and created a dashboard to visualize lead scores and insights.
