At Bridgewood Post Acute and Cedarwood Post Acute, I provide skilled nursing care through medication administration, wound care, patient assessments, and PointClickCare documentation.
I coordinate interdisciplinary care, support infection prevention and quality improvement, and help maintain Title 22 staffing compliance and survey readiness. I also process biweekly payroll for more than 150 nursing employees and reduced overtime from approximately 48–55% to 10% or less.
