I’m a Licensed Vocational Nurse seeking a position in a healthcare environment where I can deliver dependable, compassionate care. I also built strong service and communication skills through Concierge work before transitioning fully into nursing.

Across my skilled nursing experience, I’ve provided professional care in routine and stressful periods to the “highest standards of excellence.” I reviewed physical needs, monitored patients’ conditions, administered approved medications, arranged medical appointments, and accurately recorded information in the patient medical record while maintaining confidentiality.

In Assisted Living and Memory Care, I managed the health care of all residents, communicated with physicians about status and condition changes, and ensured accurate medication administration records. I also handled daily input of physician orders in point click, and I helped educate patients and their relatives in proper healthcare procedures.

As an LVN Charge Nurse (2020–present), I continue to focus on safe clinical care and precise documentation—administering medications accurately, maintaining confidentiality, and providing basic nursing care including changing bandages, inserting catheters, and treating pressure sore. I bring solid computer/data entry proficiency (including point click care) and CPR (American Heart Association).
