What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an LVN role where I can provide safe, patient-focused monitoring, reliable wound and medication care, and accurate EMR documentation in settings that follow strict compliance and infection-control standards.

I’ve spent the last 9 years working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse across long-term care, corrections, dialysis, and drug/alcohol rehab settings—most recently at Park Manor Deerbrook since March 2025. I administer medications, provide wound care, monitor vitals, and document patient observations in the EMR while keeping HIPPA and infection control policies front and center.

At DAVITA DIALYSIS in Houston (Aug. 2022–Feb. 2025), I supported dialysis access site assessment and ongoing monitoring, handling IV infusion/venipuncture and initiating/disconnecting patients from dialysis equipment. I managed medications and used the CWOW EMR for documentation while following strict infection control expectations.

Before that, I worked at Correct Care Solutions (Oct. 2021–Aug. 2022) and Guesthouse Nursing Rehab (Nov. 2018–Oct. 2021), handling intake/triage, controlled substance protocols, detox-related protocols, phlebotomy/venipuncture, and high-risk mental health monitoring—then communicating findings to the RN or physician and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
