Jaylord Villanueva

I’m a Computer Science graduate who brings hands-on virtual assistance, administrative support, and file management to help teams keep workflows organized and on track. I’ve supported daily operations that require accuracy, responsiveness, and well-structured documentation.

Most recently, I served in a General Management role at GovBuddy (Jan 2025–Mar 2026), supporting customer support, order processing, and data handling. I also assisted with marketing and content-related tasks, including reference book publishing, to ensure smooth workflows and organized documentation.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bill Gosling Outsourcing (2024–Jun 2024), delivering professional support via email and phone and resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently. I maintained and updated customer records while following regulatory and client-specific guidelines, consistently meeting performance metrics and earning Top Performer (April 2024) for service excellence.
