I’m a Network Engineer at Genius Consultant Ltd (deputed to Ericsson), focused on keeping large-scale systems healthy through monitoring, analysis, and incident support. I track system health, analyze performance indicators, and extract operational data to speed up troubleshooting and decision-making.

I strengthen reliability by running configuration analysis with detailed config exports, comparing parameter sets, and validating changes across distributed environments. During incidents, I execute command-line operations to pull real-time metrics, review logs, and verify system states.

I build automation that reduces manual workload and improves accuracy, including Python scripts and automated Excel/Python workflows for performance summaries, trend analysis, capacity insights, and daily operational dashboards. I also deliver data-driven RCA for performance degradation by using logs, counters, and configuration datasets to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Beyond classic network operations, I work at the intersection of network analytics and automation—using Python-based KPI extraction, log analysis, and reporting, plus hands-on GenAI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow optimization and prompt-driven automation, including development support with the Anthropic API.
