At Testsigma, I support enterprise customers using an AI-powered test automation platform, troubleshooting application, integration, API, authentication, configuration, and test-execution issues.
I investigate production incidents through logs, browser developer tools, API debugging, and systematic reproduction, then partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to validate fixes and improve reliability.
Previously at 21K School, I owned tier-1 and tier-2 technical support across Windows and Mac environments, administered LMS provisioning and permissions, and maintained 95%+ end-user satisfaction through rapid, clear resolution.
I'm building toward DevOps/SRE work through hands-on AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes projects, including CI/CD deployment pipelines and AWS infrastructure with Lambda, SNS, CloudWatch, IAM, EC2, and VPCs.
