Jay Caine

At Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, I analyze customer and sales data to guide sales managers and support daily operations.

I create and maintain Tableau reports and visualizations, audit large datasets, and use Python and SQL automation to improve efficiency. I also move tens of thousands of records across staging points and handle ad hoc requests from multiple departments.

Previously at Nova Southeastern University, I configured data collection systems, produced statistical reports for research sponsors, and automated reporting with R and APIs. I managed de-identification, data delivery, database merges and joins, and data-management SOPs.

I've also taught aspiring IT specialists at Broward College, preparing students for industry certification exams. I bring a data analytics master's degree and practical experience translating complex data into useful reporting and process improvements.
