I’m a B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate focused on building reliable IT operations through strong hardware troubleshooting and technical support. I bring a detail-oriented approach to issue resolution, documentation, and smooth day-to-day system performance.

I’m CCNA certified and comfortable with networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN concepts, and basic router and switch configuration. I apply this knowledge to support connectivity and help ensure systems stay stable and accessible for users.

In my Embedded Systems Trainee role at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., I supported hardware testing and troubleshooting, assisted with PCB analysis and system diagnostics, and worked with embedded systems and automation devices. I also maintained technical documentation, followed industrial safety and quality standards, and gained exposure to networking and industrial communication systems.

Now, I’m seeking a Hardware Support Engineer / IT Support opportunity where my hands-on diagnostics skills, system maintenance experience, and clear communication can help reduce downtime and improve customer satisfaction.
