At RealPage Philippines, I led the Eviction Management UI migration to Angular and delivered property-management workflows including rent stabilization renewals, prospect management, scheduling, and compliance review.

I've built REST and third-party API integrations, filterable grids, CSV/PDF exports, and permission-based access control. Earlier, I developed mobile games and supported mobile application solutions through deployment and post-release support.
