I've delivered approximately 20% cost efficiencies and supported resolution of a high-impact SAP Ariba commercial issue with an approximately USD 20M business impact. I own governance, budgets, schedules, risks, KPIs and executive reporting for senior CIO, CTO and CFO stakeholders.

Previously at Dubai Islamic Bank, I delivered Apple Pay and Samsung Pay initiatives, including Apple Pay for 80K+ users, while managing card and ATM projects across a 600+ ATM environment. At Network International, I supported RESTful payment-gateway delivery for 500+ merchants across global card schemes, mobile wallets and local payment methods.

My background spans EMV card issuing, ATM and merchant acquiring, payment gateways, POS, mobile wallets and regulated payment standards including ISO 8583, 3-D Secure and PCI DSS. I bring business, technology, operations, compliance and vendors together to move complex payment initiatives into reliable production.
