At Behavioral Autism Therapies, I design individualized ABA-based development plans that build communication, emotional regulation, academic readiness, and adaptive daily living skills. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies, behavioral data, and caregiver coaching to adjust goals and sustain progress across settings.

I've mentored more than 30 doctoral candidates at National University and Trident University through research design and dissertation completion, contributing to a 95% completion rate.

At National University, I lead faculty development, evaluation processes, executive communications, and data-informed reporting. I've managed budgets exceeding $30M, built a $150K+ annual faculty reward program, and supported professional growth for 350+ faculty members.

My work is grounded in organizational leadership, restorative communication, crisis de-escalation, and developing people. I'm CPI-certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and bring more than 15 years of experience leading teams, coaching others, and translating research into practical support.
