What I'm looking for

I’m a Registered Nurse (10 years) turned health-tech founder, moving into clinical product, clinical AI, or clinical implementation roles in digital health and MedTech. My edge is clinical judgment plus EU regulation (MDR, SaMD): I don’t code, I own the product and the regulatory side. Remote from Spain, open to relocating, and fine with occasional travel.

I’m a Registered Nurse with ten years at the bedside (cardiology, ICU, geriatrics, onco-hematology) who moved into building health-tech. Over that decade I trained around 25 new-graduate nurses hands-on and drove adoption of QR-based digital protocols on the ward, so I design from real clinical need and know what makes a tool actually get used.

I founded Novus Motus and build clinical AI myself. Chiarezza turns clinical reports patients can’t understand into plain language, with its regulatory boundaries designed in from the start (IP registered). I also built the Novus Motus Council, a 12-node governed multi-agent engine with compliance and human-in-the-loop review. I don’t code. I own the product, the clinical logic and the regulatory side.

My MedTech Strategy master’s spans the full product lifecycle: product strategy and go-to-market, market access and health economics, clinical evidence, digital health and interoperability, AI and SaMD, and how health systems actually adopt technology. I’m a certified Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) and ICH-GCP certified. I’m looking to move into a clinical product, clinical-AI or clinical-implementation role in digital health or MedTech. I work remotely from Spain, and I’ll relocate anywhere for the right opportunity if the conditions are good.
