At Punjab AIDS Control Program, I provide psychological support and counselling to key populations, PLHIV, and frontline healthcare workers through face-to-face and tele-counselling. I conduct individual assessments and contribute to mental health policies, guidelines, and awareness campaigns.
Previously, at Rural Education & Economic Development Association, I provided counselling and psychosocial support to staff and rural clients. I also designed and delivered trainings on mental health, stress coping, and emotional regulation, and supported case management, referrals, and follow-up.
