I'm currently supporting Virtus Client Services and Collateral Administration at FIS Global, where I reconcile assigned deals and funds, process SWIFT and waterfall payments, and maintain position records through trade booking, settlement, borrowing, and paydown activities.
I manage cash activity including interest, fees, paydowns, and cash breaks, as well as accruals for rollovers, borrowing, PIK, and restructures. I also report to clients and investment managers, reconcile investment manager and custodian accounts, and investigate unapplied wires and tax withholdings.
Previously, at Cognizant supporting UBS's Client Verification Unit, I reviewed 50+ domestic and international clients for adverse media and negative-news alerts. I conducted enhanced due diligence using LexisNexis, researched potential AML, sanctions, terrorist-financing, and PEP risks, and escalated potential matches to the appropriate compliance teams.
I've also supported data management, lead generation, and social media marketing at Abhi Impact Logistics Solutions. I was promoted from Management Trainee to BPS Client Service & Support Representative I within eight months.
