What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an HR role where I can manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HRIS tasks in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HRIS management, employee file maintenance, payroll support, onboarding/offboarding coordination, and preparation of HR documents such as job offers, contracts, and certificates of employment. I have supported day-to-day HR operations at LSERV Corp and handled employee inquiries, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave and records tracking.

Having worked across HR coordination and customer-facing roles in service industries, I combine strong organizational and administrative skills with practical people management experience and a commitment to compliance and workplace safety. I hold a BS in Business Management majoring in Human Resource Management and a BOSH Safety Officer 1 certification.
