I have over a decade of experience in various data entry and document research-based roles, specializing in import logistics. My expertise includes air import clearance operations, Foreign Trade Zone compliance, U.S. Customs and Border Control Protection reporting, and software training. In addition, I have customer service experience, with a recent focus on customer-facing delivery operations.

During my time at Mallory Alexander International Logistics, I played a key role in setting up and operating the Del-Nat Foreign Trade Zone. I handled document and software operations, both internally and with US Customs and Border Protection. I also prepared reports and updates for customs compliance and 4PL departments. Additionally, I assisted with cotton forwarding operations and Evergreen Packaging operations.

At FedEx Trade Networks, I started as a Research and Classification Analyst for Pre-Cage Processing (PCP) for FedEx Express's non-agency regulated international import freight. I reviewed and utilized documents for tariff classification and electronic entry submission to US Customs and Border Protection. Later, I became a Senior Air Express Operations Release Coordinator for Fish and Wildlife night operations, where I prepared electronic declarations for United States Fish and Wildlife inspectors.
