Jason Georgiades

I am a hands-on technical manager with over 12 years' experience working across software and hardware, store operations, diving services, and quality control. I combine practical technical troubleshooting, customer-facing sales and service, and formal QC/ISO-related factory practices to deliver reliable operations and strong customer outcomes.

At Blue Wave Scuba I managed retail operations, trained staff, handled inventory and financial reporting, and performed technical repairs and equipment servicing, while also leading promotions and events to grow sales. In factory roles I executed product testing, PRP/CCP/HACCP procedures, stock control and dispatch coordination, supporting compliance and operational continuity.

I hold extensive diving certifications and technical service training, plus factory QC and administration experience, and I am interested in applying my blend of technical, operational and quality-management skills in roles that value practical problem solving and continuous improvement.
