I’m a full-charge Bookkeeper with 6+ years owning day-to-day financial operations, from accounts receivable and accounts payable through bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and monthly reporting. I’m used to holding myself to audit-ready standards—especially in compliance-sensitive environments.

For 4 years at GGMC, I was the sole owner of the full AP/AR cycle: I generated customer invoices, applied incoming payments (ACH, wire, and check), monitored aging, and followed up on every outstanding balance. I also processed vendor invoices, matched them against purchase orders, prepared weekly payment runs, and maintained complete vendor records without delegation.

I built and maintained core recordkeeping infrastructure from the ground up, including a daily cashbook and structured month-end workflows. I identified and resolved every discrepancy before periods closed, implemented a checklist that reduced close time and eliminated recurring missed entries, and ensured documentation stayed traceable and retrievable.

I’ve operated across Odoo ERP and QuickBooks, transitioning platforms while maintaining continuity of records with no data loss or reporting gaps. I’m currently pursuing ACCA, and I’m highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and structured data reporting) alongside Odoo and QuickBooks.
