What I'm looking for

I want to lead Agile/Scrum software deployments in regulated payments environments—owning implementation planning, governance, risk and readiness, and incident recovery—while using AI and automation to accelerate delivery and improve ways of working.

I’m a Deployment Analyst and IT professional with over 15 years of expertise delivering software projects across the USA and India, specializing in supporting Feature Teams through successful IT project deployments using Agile and Scrum methodologies. I bring a practical focus on requirement analysis, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication to keep delivery moving.

In my current roles at NatWest Group / RBS, I create detailed implementation plans for continuous deployment, run Scrum ceremonies (Daily stand ups, Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives), and use AI (co-pilot/Aiden) with targeted prompts to analyze the changes being delivered. I also manage readiness activities, define governance for software package upgrades, and coordinate post-incident review and lessons learned action plans for BAU and security incident recovery.

I’ve led end-to-end deployment of major software package deliveries across SWIFT technology and the payments domain, including upgrades, security patches, Disaster Recovery events, and migrations such as legacy Citrix farm to new environments. I work closely with testing and business users to ensure functionality is fully tested before production and post-production checkout, while tracking work in JIRA/Sprints and preparing roadmaps to monitor milestones and progress.

Beyond deployments, I bring a change-management mindset—raising and mitigating operational risks, securing sign-off for mitigation approaches, and supporting automation of application upgrades using Ansible Automation Platform. I’m also PSM I and SAFe-certified (Agilist and Scrum Master), and I’m motivated by improving ways of working through consistent communication, governance rigor, and automation and AI-enabled delivery.
