I designed Express.js API gateways for authentication, rate limiting, and request routing, and optimized PostgreSQL queries to reduce average API response times by 15% on high-traffic endpoints.

I also integrate Python-based machine learning models into backend services and contribute to Airbnb’s event-driven microservices architecture using Kafka.

Earlier at Airbnb, I developed booking and payment services, built Kafka data pipelines, and contributed to the migration from monolithic applications to microservices.
