What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Project Team Lead or Delivery Manager role where I can contribute my technical and leadership expertise to business growth.

At EsJay IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I work on projects from requirement gathering through final delivery, including small-industry ERP implementation, customization, and day-to-day operations.

I built Metabill.in, a cloud-based accounting management platform, from inception to production with team EsJay. I also built TimeHR.in, an HR management platform covering attendance, tasks, calls, inquiries, visits, and salesperson-wise attendance tracking.

I coordinate project teams on task assignments, development follow-up, and testing support, and provide training to clients and users after project completion. I also manage web and Windows hosting, server handling, and Play Store releases.

My work includes web development with WordPress, Magento, Laravel, ASP.NET MVC, and C#, as well as working with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. I use Agile/Scrum practices, Git-based version control, and project tools including Zoho and Microsoft Power Automate.
