I’m a calm, innovative, and culturally aware professional who brings project coordination, customer service, and digital communication together with a deep love for African culture. I use storytelling and authentic language experiences to help people feel seen, confident, and connected—especially when learning something new.

In my freelance and independent roles, I managed communication workflows, coordinated tasks, and supported clients face-to-face with responsive, empathetic communication. I coordinated digital projects, wrote outreach and support materials, and helped with user onboarding, inquiries, and problem resolution while keeping everything people-centered and professional.

As a content creator and writer, I developed culturally sensitive educational and communication content that simplifies complex ideas through storytelling. I focus on audience engagement, clarity, and confidence building so learners can better understand, relate, and participate.

I’m applying for the Local Rafiki Guide role because I have a strong appreciation for African culture and local, authentic experiences. I guide conversations naturally, create welcoming learning environments for people from diverse backgrounds, and bring a genuine commitment to representing community values positively.
