I’m an accountant and certified Xero bookkeeper focused on reliable bookkeeping, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance. I record transactions with accurate account allocations in Xero and QuickBooks, then turn that data into clear financial reporting.

In my recent role supporting clients from October 2024 to April 2026, I processed payroll and calculated payroll tax by state, handled VAT and GST compliance, and prepared invoices, billing, and payment schedules. I also reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Earlier in my career, I worked in Accounts Payable and A/R, A/P & leasing support—analyzing and posting journal entries, reconciling payable items, monitoring outstanding balances, and producing AR/AP ageing reports. I’m detail-oriented and highly organized, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely month-end outputs.

I bring strong tax and reporting capability—preparing BAS/IAS and instalment activity statements, supporting workpapers, and assisting with trust, individual, company, and partnership tax returns. I also stay current through Xero and QuickBooks certifications, including Xero Certified Advisor and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor credentials.
