I’m an Assistant Manager with experience supporting store leadership across recruiting, supervision, scheduling, training, and personnel development. I take ownership of day-to-day store operations and focus on dependable execution.

In my current role, I ensure merchandising tasks are completed on time and maintain strong sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising standards. I also run opening and closing procedures to keep operations consistent and compliant.

I handle cash registers and follow established cash handling duties, including deposits, petty cash, and lane accountability. I monitor cash flow, inventory, and security control, while maintaining a safe working environment.

Earlier, I built customer-facing expertise as a Service Expert at 24 Hour Fitness and as a Cashier/Customer Service associate at Party City Corporation—where I supported smooth checkouts, member/customer needs, and a welcoming experience. I’m energized by roles where I can combine customer service with retail leadership and teamwork.
