I'm currently a Career Navigator II and Job Coach at Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, delivering case management, vocational guidance, individualized career action plans, and community-resource connections that support economic mobility and competitive integrated employment.

Previously, I designed and delivered learning and development programs in Tokyo through Educational Network, combining curriculum planning, learning assessments, progress tracking, and digital learning platforms to improve engagement and client outcomes across diverse learner groups.

I've also coached adult professionals, supported language learners, managed global customer communications, and worked across English- and Japanese-speaking communities. I bring more than 10 years of experience helping people build practical communication, academic, and professional skills.
