What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, strengthen customer relationships, manage inventory or property processes, and maintain high standards across hospitality, retail, or property.

I'm currently managing restaurant operations at Butcher Boys in Ballito, leading a team of more than 20 staff members while maintaining high customer service standards.

I oversee daily operations, stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control to reduce waste and costs. I also focus on creating positive dining experiences and building relationships with customers.

Previously, I developed and sourced homeware products at Heathergate Trading for retailers including Mr Price Home, Sheet Street, Superbalist, and Jet Home. I managed the full order cycle from quotation through delivery and negotiated pricing and quality standards with suppliers.

At Durban Letting, I managed more than 500 units and maintained a 98% monthly rent collection rate. My work included tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, payroll, lead generation, stock control, and health and safety support.
