What I'm looking for

I’m looking for IT support or junior security/SOC work where I can triage endpoints, help secure systems, and build reliable service processes. I want hands-on growth in vulnerability management, compliance, and real incident workflows.

I’m an IT and cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience in endpoint detection and response, including CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint policies, detection triage, and investigations into suspicious process activity. I also built a company-wide Jira Service Management platform from the ground up, shaping queues, request types, workflows, permissions, groups, and ticket routing.

I’ve supported enterprise email migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, handling DNS updates and authentication configuration (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC). I create practical SOPs, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity documentation to keep IT operations resilient.

On the security side, I’ve worked as a PCI Compliance Officer—conducting user access reviews, validating documentation against PCI DSS requirements, and supporting audit evidence and QSA audit preparation. I also bring penetration testing experience from vulnerability scanning and security testing using Kali Linux, Nmap, and Burp Suite, plus field experience installing and troubleshooting VoIP and network hardware. I’m CompTIA Security+ certified and I’m seeking IT support, junior security analyst, or SOC roles in the New Jersey / Greater Philadelphia region.
